From information gathered by ultimatetimes Tv news desk had it that President Buhari has allegedly banned the first Lady, Aisha Buhari from APC campaigns and talking to the press in any form.
According to our source from presidency, president Buhari is alleged to have taken the decision to avoid any misconception her comments might stir.
The president is not impressed with the feedback that arises from her comments anytime she speaks to the press as her comments usually generates negative controversy on media and some times political tension.
As the 2019 general elections draws nearer, the presidency is said to take preemptive measures in curtailing any damage that may arise from the office of the first family.
Recall that Aisha Buhari has been very displeased with the way some faceless persons are in absolute control of the APC led government which she alleged in the past has been hijacked by the cabal.
The last party primaries conducted was slammed by Aisha Buhari who accused Oshiomole and the National Executive of APC of intentionally disenfranchising some members from the contest after collecting money and
making them undertake some party responsibilities and yet screened them out from the exercise..
A report by ThisDay indicated that Nigeria’s First Lady, Aisha Buhari, reportedly stopped Comrade Adams Oshiomhole from accessing President Muhammadu Buhari’s residence in Aso Rock recently, which sparked outrageous.
According to the report, Mrs Buhari was alleged to have insisted that if the APC national chairman needed to see the president, he should meet him in his office.
It is said that her actions and utterances are becoming an embarrassment to the presidency.
